I’m Kirra, founder of Calleja Surf Hair. I’m a hairstylist and lifelong surfer, born and raised on the Sunshine Coast. The rhythm, the salt, the freedom—it’s all part of who I am, and why this brand came to life.

After 17 years behind the chair and a lifetime in the ocean, I saw a real gap in the market. Nothing out there truly supported salty, sun-kissed hair especially the kind of hair that lives in and out of the sea. Most products stripped away natural texture or left hair feeling dry and lifeless.

Calleja Surf Hair is my answer to that.

A small-batch, ocean-made haircare range created for people who live in the elements. Designed to restore, soften, and nourish without compromising your hair’s natural beauty or beachy texture.

Proudly made in Australia, on my home soil - the Sunshine Coast.

Every product is sulphate-free, paraffin-free, vegan, organic, and reef-safe because caring for the ocean is just as important as caring for your hair.
