6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under local laws, provided the product is unopened and in original condition.
