Returns Policy

At Calleja Surf Hair, we take pride in creating high-quality, small-batch haircare that’s made with love and designed to perform. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out to us at hello@callejasurfhair.com if you have any questions before placing an order.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@callejasurfhair.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).


Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used products
  • Haircare or personal care products (including the Salt Balm)
  • Sale items or gift cards

International Orders (Including the USA)

We ship worldwide, and all international orders are considered final sale. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please also note that we do not reimburse customs duties, taxes, or international return shipping costs.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed — provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at hello@callejasurfhair.com to arrange a return.


Refunds

Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
