Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in New South Wales, Australia. We use Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries and aim to get your order out the door quickly and safely.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $10 AUD
  • Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $15 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $149 AUD

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or external factors.


International Shipping

We currently ship to the USA, New Zealand, Europe, and many other countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: $29.95 AUD
  • Free Shipping on international orders over $149 AUD

Estimated delivery time: 6–27 business days

All international orders come with tracking. Shipping times can vary depending on your country and local customs processes.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your confirmation, check your junk folder or contact us at hello@callejasurfhair.com.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or goes missing, please contact us. While delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside our control, we will do our best to assist and replace your order where appropriate.
